Service terms

Every booking request requires written provider approval and successful card capture before it is confirmed. Coverage is one continuous 60–180 minute block.

Delivery and rights

Photos are high-resolution JPEGs. Reel is a landscape 4K highlight film with provider-selected licensed stock music and no live audio. Delivery is through the authenticated portal within 24 elapsed hours after scheduled end. The provider retains copyright; clients receive perpetual personal, non-commercial use rights.

Cancellation

Confirmed bookings cancelled 60+ calendar days before the event receive 100%; 15–59 days receive 50%; under 15 days receive no refund. These terms are a deployment placeholder and must be reviewed before launch.
